Raven Lady #202- Downtown Ucluelet Apartment, Pet Friendly

Overall clean with working kitchen and enough space for our family. Host was fairly responsive via text & phone. Our biggest concern was that the deadbolt was broken and we were not informed ahead of time. There were two instances where some of our family members were locked inside the unit which is a significant fire risk. Nothing was done during or after our stay to compensate or acknowledge this issue. Wifi turns off and needs to be reset in the unit next door which is not always possible. Smart TV functions not working (can’t connect to Netflix etc). Floor fan provided but it was broken and not replaced during our stay. Washroom is clean but there is a urine smell. Unit is located above the local liquor store FYI. All of this feedback was provided directly after our stay with no acknowledgment from the host which was disappointing.

Positive: Eine schöne Wohnung an einem ungewöhnlich schönen Ort! Negative: Man kann leider nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen, da die Kühlanlage des Liquor store nebenan sehr laut ist. Das 2. Schlafzimmer kann nicht wirklich abgedunkelt werden.

A clean, spacious,quiet and bright suite overlooking a courtyard housing two "Raven Ladies". Located on a funky, walk able main street with shopping and eateries near by. The well equipped kitchen and barbecue on the balcony came in handy- we were able to have family over to share some meals before the big wedding at the boathouse venue near by. On the whole, our stay at Raven Lady helped make attending my son's wedding memorable. Does Erica exist?

An excellent property and location for the local attractions and tours Positive: The communication from the host was excellent and any queries attended to promptly. It was an easy walk into the various shops and facilities in Ucluelet. Locally sourced tea and coffee in the property was very welcome and welcoming. Negative: There was nothing that we could reasonably not like.
