BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Bookings are subject to a cleaning fee plus GST, PST and MRDT (Municipal) tax.

- Dog friendly (no cats): Refer to each listing. Please advise at time of booking. Dog towels will be provided. $50 per dog (1 dog max) before tax.

- During the peak summer season (June 15 – Sept 15), houses have a 3 night minimum (or more) stay must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you book and create a one night gap, we will contact you to shuffle the reservation ahead.

- Mid-season or peak rates apply on Winter long weekends and during Christmas.

- 3-night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays

- 5-10% discount for 7 nights or more not during peak season; reach out to have it applied. * only applicable to some properties*

- Only registered guests on site

- Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund (minus a $50 plus tax non-refundable processing fee). If you cancel without the required days’ notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.

CHANGE OF RESERVATION: We understand that plans change! In order to accommodate, the first request to change a reservation 30 days prior to arrival is free. Any more changes to the reservation that may follow will incur a $25 administration fee to help us cover administration costs.

QUIET TIME 10pm - 8am.

TENANTS: A long-term tenant lives on-site at every vacation retnal as per Tofino Bylaw. The caretaker gives you privacy and wishes the same in return.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use BlueCrushConcierge if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, the law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Important: Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables hosts Operators, and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rental space. Please note that once you have booked you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed before check-in.

Unless otherwise stated, Blue Crush Concierge and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on BlueCrushConcierge.

All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from BlueCrushConcierge for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

Republish material from BlueCrushConcierge
Sell, rent or sub-license material from BlueCrushConcierge
Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from BlueCrushConcierge
Redistribute content from BlueCrushConcierge

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. BlueCrushConcierge does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website.
