Lovely condo, but it needs soundproofing or take ear plugs with you!
Positive: Nicely decorated condo, comfy bed, and parking space included. Close to everything you need.
Negative: We didn't get a proper nights sleep on any of the nights we stayed. The Condo has no soundproofing, so you can hear everything from the stairs outside, people in the Condo above, laundry room next door, and the drunk people who hang around the area that your balcony overlooks.
You also have to pay for your washing machine & dryer use. This wasn't stated in the booking details.
The fireplace didn't work.
