Beautiful but neglected.
Positive: Great location and lots of space.
Negative: It is dated and was not very clean. Cabinets had drip marks everywhere. Floors turned our socks black. Hot Tub was not full of water and had a lot of floaters in it. Dishwasher does not work very well. Most dishes had left over food particles. Coffee cups were stained and too small. Flour or sugar in brown containers had little black bugs in it.
Outside cushions for seating were filthy and ripped.
Overall the location is beautiful but is in desperate need for updating.

Delightful
Positive: The oceanfront location, private, quiet, little heritage cabin was cool to check out, such a rich marriage of old and new interior, superior patio, great sauna, lots of little details that make this place really special.
Negative: There are some old features of the house that are needing to be replaced.
