Tofino Eco Waterfront Condo – Conscious Coastal Living in the Heart of Town

The apartment was fine, clean, nicely maintained, beautiful view, great location. The only complaint I have is with VRBO and BC. Unless I am planning a long-term stay, in the future I will not use VRBO. The additional fees and charges were half as much as the total cost of the apartment itself. Combined with outrageous taxes by BC and Tofino, the property owner received LESS THAN HALF of the total amount I paid. So the value would have been good if I just paid for the apartment, but with everybody else claiming a piece, it was far too costly for what was received.

The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, food prep utensils and eating utensils. There were even a few containers for leftovers.There was a limited pantry, including olive oil, salt, pepper – the sort of stuff that's essential for cooking, but hard to buy in small enough quantities for a short stay. There was also coffee and some specialty teas – I really appreciated the white tea, since I don't tolerate black tea very well.The place was nice and close to the city core, making it great for getting around on foot.

Positive: Magical location. Private in back harbor yet right downtown. Easy to walk everywhere. Views of the harbor and mountains. We loved the peace, the simplicity, the spotting scope, the coffee, the books and decor. Connie who cleaned the apartment was super nice!! All ready by 3pm early check in!!

Lovely apartment. Everything you could need. Clean. Great location. Great communication with properly managers.
