The Moorage; luxuriöse 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Marina

Enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The cleaners and property manager missed finding a rotten banana in a kitchen cupboard cabinet. It may of been there for 1-2 weeks considering the amount of decay. When we arrived, there was an odour, windows were left open and there was a fruit fly infestation everywhere (even in the bathroom at the far end of the unit. We immediately called the property manager and that’s when our frustrating ordeal began. And she expected us, the paying customer, to deal with this!!We understand things do go wrong but in this situation, the property manager treated the customer with disrespect, discounted our concerns throughout our interaction, was unwilling or unable to provide an effective solution and expected a minuscule refund was valid compensation for our ordeal.We are reasonable people but we are clearly dissatisfied with the inadequate response from the property manager and then being ghosted by the owners when contacted about the situation.Don’t stay here!

The accommodation exceeded all of our expectations. Positive: Quiet, well equipped, comfy beds close to amenities. Negative: Nothing

This property is the perfect location next to the marina. Beautiful building and the condo itself offers everything you need, with additional linens, soaps, tea…etc. it was well decorated and spotless, just the way I like it!

The view here is AMAZING!!! Several Bald Eagles were spotted from the balcony! WOW!Easy parking and the location is walkable to the Co-Op Market and several other eateries in the neighborhood. The beds are comfortable. The space feels like home.Unexpected perks:- yoga mats and dumb bells- a drawer full of all types of spices - plastic wrap and foil to store left overs- outdoor BBQWould stay here again - next time for more than 3 nights. Beautiful and relaxing property!
